Gather has many different campaigns for you - such as reporting pollution, harassment, or corruption. You know your area better than anybody - if you know a part of the road is dangerous, you can map it with the Dangerous Roads campaign.
It's not just you reporting things, you can also access the very useful and fascinating maps. For example the "Doggy Friendly" campaign map will show you restaurants that allow dogs.
You can also take part in fun, interesting projects like Seedbombing, First Kiss mapping, or showing solidarity for people you support.
Gather has also been made so that local organizations, universities, and charities can create campaigns and invite you to take part and do citizen reporting, citizen science, or research.
So we are asking everyone who wants to do a bit more than just clicking a "like" button, to explore all the opportunities on Gather, and whenever possible participate in these valuable projects.
